How much time do I need to set aside for dashboard set up?

One of Download n' Done's™ core purposes is for you to "download" and then quickly "be done" building your dashboard! You can expect to spend up to 1.5 hours on the initial set up. And then (later or in the same time block) it's another 1 hour to complete the bonus trainings (customization + presentation tips). Once it's built, each dashboard refresh only takes about 5 minutes!

I don't need this dashboard for an online business -- I'm working with a brick and mortar biz. Will this still apply?
